Delivery & returns

At Tehillah Journal, we know how important fast and reliable delivery is. That’s why we dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

Orders placed before 16:00 CET are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 17:00 on Friday or during the weekend are shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Delivery timeframes:

• Netherlands: 1 business day
• Belgium & EU countries: 2–3 business days
• Rest of the world: 5–20 business days, depending on destination

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your journal. If you're not, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

However, we can only accept returns that meet the following conditions:

• The journal must be unused
• No written pages, no folded or creased corners
• No strong odors or visible signs of use
• The journal must look as new as when received

Each returned item is carefully inspected. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund promptly.

If the product does not meet the return criteria, we’ll contact you and send it back. The cost of returning rejected products is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered and are paid by the customer.
